GOATA Movement System was created using spiral energy and mathematics. This training program is designed to train your innate movement patterns. GOATA (Greatest of All Time Actions) Movement was founded on the study of innate patterns displayed in locomotion and rest amongst the most durable humans on the planet. These groups of humans include indigenous tribespeople, multi-decade professional athletes with minimal injuries over their career, and late-age athletes that can still compete injury-free in events such as marathons, triathlons, etc. well into their 80s.
Through the study of these groups – a clear pattern of movement and rest presented itself. The use of slow-motion video analysis allowed for the frame-by-frame observation of their movement. It was then apparent in the video evidence that the most durable individuals from these groups all landed to the ground and left the ground in the same manner. So how is it that these people from all over the world and of all different ages, have never met one another, but move exactly the same?
An important point to make is that we did not develop any of this – it was simply observed on film from the most durable people in the world. For assessing and grading athletes – we’ve created the GOATA Movement & Rest Assessment System. We start by assessing an athlete’s standing posture, basic movements such as a squat and hinge, and their walk and run. Then, we use frame- by-frame analysis to break down their assessment and highlight their strengths/weaknesses. Our control standards for these assessments are pulled from the groups mentioned before – indigenous tribespeople, multi-decade athletes with minimal injuries, and the late-age athletes still competing well into their 80s injury free.
After assessing an athlete – we begin the process of “recoding” their movement back to the innate design. For this – we essentially reverse engineered the movement cycle and details listed above so that we could create exercises that built this ability back into a person. As the individual progresses – they begin to display the movement that we first identified in the most durable humans on earth. The side effect of this is the reduction (and ultimately elimination) of pain and increased athleticism. As the athlete begins to move better, they begin to feel better physically while becoming more confident in their abilities on the court, field, turf, track, etc.
Our goal is to take the knowledge that we’ve acquired through this discovery and bring it to as many people as possible. For the average joe – it means that they have the possibility of living a long and pain free life. For the elite athlete – it means that they can perform to their best ability at any time, on any day – without the worry of getting injured. For the professional sports team – it means that they can provide the best tools possible to keep their athletes healthy which ultimately creates the best environment for winning championships.
